October:
Our Spooky Senses- Paws Outreach Chair, Candace Outten, visited the gifted learners classrooms at Esmond Station K-8 on two separate occasions, once for the 3rd-4th grade group and once for the 5th-6th grade group. At each visit, she taught a lesson on the five major senses and how they work together.
September:
Physical vs Chemical Change- Paws Outreach Chair, Candace Outten, visited the STEAM camp of Esmond Station K-8 to give a classroom lesson of what makes a change physical and what makes a change chemical? How do these ideas mix together and what questions we can ask to determine our answer.
