I came to the UofA after graduating with a chemistry degree from William & Mary in Virginia. I am currently a 4th year PhD candidate in Dr. Steven D. Schwartz group. I use computational methods to study the details of enzymatic catalysis, with an emphasis on how evolutionary changes affect the catalytic rate. In my free time I run marathons and watch reality TV. Looking forward to another year of PAWS events!
